The individual food ingredients of JACK RABBIT were compiled together with vets to match the natural prey pattern of the wolf and the findings on holistic dog nutrition. This makes Wolfsblut dry food unique.
- Potatoes: They provide complex carbohydrates and fiber, are low in fat and contain 15 different vitamins, minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus as well as a high proportion of potassium, vitamin B and C.
- Sweet potatoes: According to the American health authority CSPI, they are one of the most nutritious vegetables due to their valuable fiber and high beta-carotene and vitamin E content.
- Pumpkin: It is one of the lowest-calorie vegetables and is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, minerals and phytosterols. The fiber it contains makes it very digestible and aids digestion.
- Quinoa: In addition to its high protein content, this pseudo-cereal contains eight essential amino acids and is rich in fiber, unsaturated fatty acids, magnesium, calcium and iron.
- MOS: belongs to the dietary fibers and can improve digestion and strengthen the immune system
- FOS: belongs to the prebiotic dietary fibers. It can keep the intestinal flora in balance and is considered a natural antagonist of coli bacteria.
- Dandelion: It is rich in minerals such as magnesium, folic acid, manganese and vitamin K. This vitamin plays an important role in blood clotting.
- Elderberries: The black-blue berries contain lots of vitamin C and folic acid as well as anthocyanins. The colorant sambucyanin it contains is also said to have an anti-inflammatory effect.
